The University School of Medicine in Washington found that girls who are aged between 9 to 15 years were less likely to develop benign breast disease than those girls who were aged about 30 years after eating peanuts butter and nuts twice a week.

Benign breast disease is a risk factor for breast cancer and about one in four women have this benign lesion. There is a strong link between benign lesion and breast cancer and this benign lesion increases breast cancer by threefold. The researchers found that this disease can be reduced by taking peanuts or the butter of peanuts and other nuts with your daily food.

These peanuts are high in protein, the antioxidant resveratrol and monounsaturated fat and they play a great role in protecting you from different types of cancer, heart diseases and blood vessels. They are essential in adding richness, make you feel fuller and palatability for longer time and they contain the alpha, tocopherol forms of vitamin E and gamma that make to be healthy always. These peanuts results with more benefits of other subjects who are having a low fat diet.

Hence, if you eat peanuts on a regular basis then you are having the lower risk of breast cancer in early adulthood. They contain healthier fats which are high in calories and make a right choice today itself under the instructions of a physician.
